Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing times may vary depending on demand and product availability.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

New Drop Shipping Timeline

Our newest drop is fully produced and currently in transit from our manufacturing facility in China to our U.S. warehouse.

Please take the following timing into consideration:

1. International Transit to the U.S.

  • Shipping from China to the U.S. typically takes 10–15 business days.

  • This is the time it takes for the shipment to arrive at our U.S. warehouse for distribution.

2. Fulfillment & Domestic Shipping

Once the shipment reaches our warehouse and your order is packed:

  • Domestic U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

Estimated Delivery Window

Total estimated delivery time = 10–15 days (China → U.S.) + 3–7 days (U.S. → You)

Please understand this is an estimate and may vary due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • High-volume seasons

  • Unexpected logistical issues

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on speed, destination, and warehouse stock.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
YAU Studios is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for the package.
We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

For help with lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Preorder / Drop Information

Some drops may function as preorder-style releases, meaning items are produced and shipped in batches.
This ensures quality and accuracy in production.
