We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Exceptions – Our Mistake

We will gladly assist you if there is an issue caused by our error, including:

  • Wrong item received

  • Incorrect size sent (different from what was ordered)

  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival

If you experience any of the above, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a solution at our discretion.
